About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless employee transitions and workspace moves across Amazon's corporate campus.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
  • Provide onsite and virtual customer support, addressing questions regarding interoffice moves and building amenities.
  • Utilize industry-specific software to create, verify, and format accurate move lists and seating data.
  • Conduct onsite move verifications and quality control walks to reconcile system data with physical workspace conditions.
  • Perform audits of workspaces, signage, IT equipment, and facilities to validate floor plans and desk locations.
  • Collaborate with project management, security, facilities, and move companies to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, real estate/facilities, operations, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., a backpack containing a laptop and supplies).
  • Ability to travel independently to various worksites within the Puget Sound region.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Comfort working in an open, unassigned workspace and a dog-friendly environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
