Move Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
• Coordinate and monitor all stages of the move, including packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Prepare essential documentation such as shipping instructions, customs paperwork, and invoices while ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Track shipment statuses using internal systems and proactively communicate any delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Resolve service disruptions, claims, and exceptions promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with vendors, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of prepayments.
• Provide after-hours support to clients during active moves to ensure continuous service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of coordination experience in Moving, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (required).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French.
