About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell Aspen Snowmass products including lift tickets, season passes, lessons, and rentals via phone
- Answer inbound calls using sales and reservation software to provide expert recommendations
- Utilize professional sales techniques to convert leads into sales
- Address general inquiries about products and the surrounding area
- Research and resolve guest issues efficiently
- Provide technical support for the Aspen Snowmass mobile app and website login processes
- Maintain organized records of training materials and meeting notes
- Build strong relationships with departments including Ski & Snowboard School and Mountain Operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of professional experience
- Strong communication and comprehension skills in English
- Strong cash-handling skills and accuracy in processing payments
- Ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems and ticketing software
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Resort experience
- Experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese
