About the role
Responsibilities
- Setup: Assemble and disassemble molds onto production machines according to schedule
- Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and ensure mold cooling systems function normally
- Repair: Replace worn components and polish scratched mold surfaces
- Quality: Ensure first production molds are precise and defect-free
- Inventory: Organize layout and record mold usage history in the warehouse
- Safety: Operate heavy lifting equipment such as cranes according to K3 safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum SMK in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Understanding of mechanical basics, mold materials (metal, aluminum, or silicone), and production processes like injection molding
- Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
