About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for Customer Racing activities within the Benelux and Central Europe territories.
  • Deploy tactical plans for products and services to meet revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and players to recommend strategic local partnerships.
  • Respond to tenders issued by championship promoters to grow business through product and financial proposals.
  • Manage commercial relationships with distributors, including contract negotiations and service standards.
  • Ensure Michelin's representation at motorsport events and monitor distributor service quality.
  • Travel regularly to attend approximately 15 to 20 motorsport events per year, primarily on weekends.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Fluency in both English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong passion for and basic knowledge of Motorsport.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage complex business deals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for event representation.
  • Enthusiastic approach to technical content and customer needs.
