Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build customer relationships
• Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals
• Assist in developing and motivating store team members
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Perform Customer Service Representative duties including transaction processing and cash handling
• Coach CSRs on proper transaction conduct and compliance
• Review and approve checks within established limits
• Resolve customer complaints and support community marketing efforts
• Assist with managing schedules, cash, and store audits
• Maintain a neat and clean store environment

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
• Fluency in English required
