Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
• Assist the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team motivation
• Supervise team activities, transaction processing, and cash handling in the absence of management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Coach Customer Service Representatives on transaction accuracy and compliance
• Resolve customer complaints and support community marketing efforts
• Assist with managing schedules, cash, and store audits

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
• English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
