Motor Vehicle Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely and securely transport Sponsor personnel using cars, vans, shuttles, or motorcoach buses throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area and beyond
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of traffic, parking, and safety rules to ensure passenger safety and efficient routing
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks, including fuel, oil, tire pressure, and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with the Dispatch team to report incidents and complete driver assignment metrics
• Exhibit heightened situational awareness appropriate to the Intelligence Community (IC) environment
• Assist in mentoring and training junior Motor Vehicle Operators on professionalism, customer service, and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Active Top Secret US Government clearance with polygraph (US Citizenship required)
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Valid DOT card with yearly updates
• Minimum of two years of driving experience, including at least 6 months driving passenger shuttles or charter buses
• Clean driving record (no more than -4 points, zero suspensions, and zero serious violations)
• High School diploma or equivalent
