Motor Network Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage repairer performance within a designated area to meet client SLAs
• Onboard new network repairers to ensure optimal coverage and capacity
• Monitor and manage operational performance and data requirements across the network
• Develop strategies to improve repairer performance using balanced scorecards and action plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers and stakeholders
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and participate in client review meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Background in the collision repair sector
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience in automotive engineering or bodyshop estimating/management
• Knowledge of Audatex or other estimating systems
• Understanding of insurer working practices regarding motor claims
