About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate a motor grader to perform earthmoving tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor
- Perform earthmoving work for the construction, maintenance, and conservation of access roads and unpaved roads
- Shape structural fills
- Arrange shovel floors, access points, and discharge areas
- Shape ditches and scarify roads during rainy periods
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Interpret operation and maintenance manuals
- Prepare and review ATS and Check Lists
- Comply with safety and environmental standards
Requirements
- Professional AI License issued by the MTC with a clean driving record
- Defensive Driving Course (CMD) certification
- 3 years of experience as a Motor Grader Operator
- Residence in Ivochote or Kiteni
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of heavy equipment hydraulic systems
- Basic mechanics knowledge
