Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for clients to various destinations
• Create a welcoming passenger experience by assisting with luggage and personal belongings
• Exercise sound judgment and defensive driving techniques to ensure safety
• Proactively evaluate traffic, weather, and routes to ensure on-time performance
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Partner with dispatch and operations to maintain seamless communication

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Proven professional driving experience with a focus on passenger care
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions
• Willingness to travel occasionally for long-distance assignments
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits

• Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 (paid in 12 monthly installments after 90 days)
• Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $600 (paid in 6 monthly installments after 90 days)
