Motor Claims Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of accident-damaged vehicles
• Assess damages and prepare detailed survey reports with repair estimates
• Recommend repair methods aligned with policy coverage and cost control objectives
• Coordinate closely with claims teams, garages, and workshops
• Ensure consistent turnaround in line with operational timelines
• Support fraud detection through technical validation
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in motor surveying
• Strong technical expertise in automotive repairs and damage assessment
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, field-based environment
• Experience working within insurance claims functions
• Strong reporting and documentation discipline
• UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with UAE garage networks
