About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle motor claims from initial intimation through to final settlement
- Review documentation, policy coverage, and liability assessments
- Coordinate with surveyors, garages, and customers to facilitate claim processing
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Arabic and English
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and service standards
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential fraud risks
- Maintain accurate and complete claims documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims handling
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE motor insurance practices
- Proven experience managing the full claims lifecycle
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage high claim volumes efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
