Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Transform existing storyboards, direction, and strategy into engaging motion graphics
• Solve problems and tell compelling stories through keyframes and edits
• Collaborate with larger creative teams to ensure cohesive integration of motion assets
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to enhance creative output
• Experiment with new ideas and "what if" scenarios to find breakthrough visual solutions
• Prepare files correctly for animation, editing, compositing, and rendering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Demonstrated ability to keyframe, edit, composite, and render
• An online portfolio of work showcasing motion design skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and good creative judgment
