About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead on motion design, animating brand assets to demonstrate product value
- Produce high-performing social-first motion content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create specialized YouTube assets with a focus on storytelling and retention
- Recut creator and UGC footage into native-feeling social content
- Flex between performance creative and brand moments
- Support the broader marketing team with light graphic design work
- Experiment with AI and modern motion tooling to optimize workflows
Requirements
- 3–5 years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in After Effects or Cavalry
- Solid video editing skills in CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Pro
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and performance creative
- Experience editing creator/UGC content for social hooks
- Basic graphic design literacy
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to work within fast feedback loops based on performance data
