About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead motion graphics and animation across social content, website, paid media, product launches, and internal communications
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate animation, editing, and production workflows
- Independently plan and execute video shoots including lighting, framing, and audio
- Handle end-to-end post-production: cutting, colour grading, audio mixing, captioning, and platform-specific exporting
- Create video content for Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and PR teams
- Track content performance against business objectives and optimise for engagement and revenue impact
- Evolve GWI's brand voice and visual consistency in motion
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics and animation across multiple formats, ideally in B2B
- Proven ability to deliver motion and video content end-to-end from concept to final export with minimal supervision
- Confidence filming and editing independently across podcasts, interviews, and events using AI-assisted tools such as Descript
- Experience working at pace in a creative studio, agency, or in-house brand environment
- Strong eye for detail and genuine commitment to quality
