Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion design work across marketing campaigns, product launches, and social content
• Develop motion systems, principles, and animation frameworks for brand consistency
• Build scalable motion templates, guidelines, and documentation
• Partner with brand design, marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Establish best practices for motion across digital, experiential, and product touchpoints
• Mentor teammates on motion design craft and workflows
• Explore new creative possibilities enabled by AI

Requirements

• 8+ years of motion design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and scalable design systems
• Deep expertise in animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling
• Experience building motion design frameworks and reusable assets
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, or B2B brands
• Proficiency with Cinema 4D, Rive, or Lottie
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools
