Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, CGI product visualizations, and animated content for social, digital, broadcast, retail, and experiential touchpoints
• Develop photorealistic 3D product renders and CGI environments
• Bring campaign visual languages to life in motion in collaboration with Art and Creative Directors
• Concept and produce thumb-stopping, platform-native motion content
• Build and maintain efficient CGI and motion workflows
• Integrate AI-powered tools into motion and CGI workflows to accelerate production
• Stay ahead of motion trends, CGI techniques, and rendering innovations
• Collaborate upstream with creative and product teams during early campaign development

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion graphics and CGI experience
• Advanced rendering experience in Redshift, Octane, or equivalent
• Strong CGI modeling and texturing skills
• Expert-level fluency in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience creating content natively for digital and social platforms
• Fluency with AI-powered creative tools such as RunwayML, Weavy, or Claude
• Ability to work at speed on multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating both technical mastery and strong visual storytelling instincts
• Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual flow in motion
