Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create style frames, storyboards, and animation sequences
• Design and animate engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and explainer content
• Manage the full production process from ideation to rendering independently
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing motion graphics
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to maintain visual consistency across projects
• Stay updated on motion design trends, techniques, and tools to keep work fresh and relevant

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design
• Proven ability to create style frames, design, and animate independently end to end
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of animation principles, pacing, and composition
• Strong sense of storytelling, design, and attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D animation
• Experience with sound design or advanced video editing
