Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social, explainers, and ads
• Build a scalable motion system and toolkit to ensure quality and consistency at speed
• Support major product launches with high-quality motion
• Collaborate with Marketing and other designers to explore and ship motion-driven work

Requirements

• Motion-first designer with a strong foundation in visual design and storytelling
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work across brand, product, and marketing
• Expert in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Jitter, and Figma
• Experience designing for B2B or tech companies
• Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
• Early adopter of AI tools to accelerate creative workflows
