Responsibilities

• Translate brand principles into strategic frameworks for static and motion design
• Evolve and expand the brand system for consistency across customer touchpoints
• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations
• Build motion design guidelines and reusable templates
• Create multimedia narratives for products and projects
• Design marketing materials including digital/print ads, social graphics, and web assets
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office 4 days a week
