Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Shape art direction across motion and static outputs from concept to delivery
• Develop creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, composition, and visual structure
• Create and direct high-quality motion and design work across campaigns and formats
• Define look and feel, styleframes, and motion language for projects
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, and other disciplines to guide execution
• Stay curious about new tools, techniques, and references across art direction and motion
• Lead junior designers by setting art direction and quality control

Requirements

• Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to concepts and creative direction
• Motion design experience with a clear art direction mindset across motion and design
• Solid skills in timing, composition, framing, and storytelling
• Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion
• Curiosity around AI tools and how they can support creative work
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating concept, craft, and high-quality output
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for frequent touchpoints with senior stakeholders
