Motion Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects
• Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
• Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production
• Stay at the forefront of UK and global motion design trends and animation techniques

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
• Must be based in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
• Experience with advanced VFX and 3D animation
