Mortgage Loan Originator

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products, prequalification, and next steps
• Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect required documentation
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business
• Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion and cycle time targets

Requirements

• At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience
• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator
• Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations (RESPA, TILA, etc.)
• Excellent phone sales and relationship-building skills
