Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track
• Maintain accurate records and update loan files
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications
• Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
• Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with two late nights until 9 PM
