Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule refinance closings with borrowers and confirm date, time, and location details
• Review loan files to ensure all parties have properly acknowledged the Closing Disclosure
• Send initial closing disclosures when required parties were not previously disclosed
• Update title fees in the system per fee sheets and review escrows and prepaids for accuracy
• Monitor the ALTA Recon pipeline to reconcile the final signed CD and final ALTA from the title company
• Escalate loans to loan officers, closers, or processors when borrowers are unresponsive

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Availability to work varying hours and overtime if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior mortgage industry experience
