Mortgage Disclosure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the final version of the Closing Disclosure (CD) and post-funding revisions to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Review and ensure accuracy for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate
• Maintain accurate records of communications and actions within the loan file conversation log
• Adhere to regulatory timelines for the completion and delivery of disclosures using LOS tracking systems
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosures in a secure and accurate manner while maintaining customer confidentiality
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS)

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan programs
• High school diploma or general education degree required
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Encompass (LOS)
