Mortgage Coach

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, monitor, and coach new associates and Loan Originators
• Conduct sales training on new products and sales initiatives
• Lead weekly lunch and learns to sharpen originator skills
• Ensure team adherence to procedures and regulatory compliance
• Handle special member circumstances and problems
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to ensure operational success
• Drive excellence in every member interaction

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's or Associate Degree, or significant industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage 1 lien and home equity originations
• 3+ years of general customer service experience
• Experience in centralized sales or processing center management
• Proven experience training, motivating, and coaching sales teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and react quickly to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage Sales Management experience or equivalent
