Mortgage Broker

Responsibilities

• Run your own mortgage broking business with the backing of the Aussie brand
• Manage pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar
• Guide clients through the entire property journey from initial conversation to settlement
• Collaborate with in-house marketing teams to coordinate custom lead generation initiatives
• Leverage advanced tech platforms and automation to manage workflows and compliance
• Connect customers to the wider ecosystem, including buyer's agents, conveyancing, and insurance

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
• Proven experience in sales, broking, or customer service
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Strong motivation to build and grow a high-performing, flexible business
