Mortgage Broker

Responsibilities

• Ensure high reactivity and service quality for iad advisors and their clients
• Manage qualified leads provided by the iad network (no commercial prospecting required)
• Support clients in analyzing their situation and building the most suitable financing solution
• Negotiate with banking partners to obtain the best financing conditions
• Develop trusting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage credit, ideally within a brokerage network
• Strong commercial orientation and drive for performance
• Technical expertise in mortgage products, regulations, and banking negotiation
• Strong advisory posture and excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigor, reliability, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with digital tools
• Valid IOBSP certification is mandatory
