Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in customers, online leads, and scheduled in-store appointments
• Guide customers through the entire home loan journey from initial search to settlement
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives to grow your community presence
• Leverage the Aussie ecosystem to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing services

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of a retail store environment
