Mortgage Broker

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in the community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team to minimize administrative tasks
• Leverage expanded offerings to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to grow a retail store
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
