Mortgage Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Loan Production Office (LPO)
• Oversee a team of at least two full-time LPO employees
• Lead hiring, firing, and talent management processes
• Mentor and coach employees to optimize performance and professional development
• Conduct regular business planning and sales strategy meetings
• Drive mortgage loan product sales and meet minimum production levels
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and referral partners
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Monitor loan pricing management and manage branch expenses and P/L

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in mortgage lending and loan production management
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, pricing, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in mortgage software tools and financial analysis
• Ability to drive sales and business growth while maintaining operational integrity
