Mortgage Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of property financial statements, social and economic drivers, and ownership structures
• Determine asset value and potential loan value for various lending options
• Partner with US-based teams to build rapport and ensure seamless collaboration
• Prepare and deliver process-specific outputs while meeting established operational targets
• Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables as defined by customer requirements
• Identify and prioritize tasks based on criticality to meet business deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets
• Excellent written and oral American English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong stakeholder management and time management skills
• Ability to work night shifts in Hyderabad

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree, such as an MBA or PGDBM
• Previous experience in Quality Control (QC) for GPO products
