Mortgage Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality, compliant, and efficient mortgage advice service to clients
• Establish strong relationships with clients and identify potential new clients
• Gather client information and identify specific needs
• Research and analyze information to make suitable mortgage recommendations
• Manage the mortgage application process and complete all supporting documentation accurately
• Maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and firm procedures
• Meet performance standards outlined in the firm's Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

• Strong track record as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMAP Qualified
• Excellent client service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated approach
