About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Moroccan dishes such as tagines, couscous, pastilla, and harira
- Plan weekly menus based on family preferences and dietary needs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Source ingredients and manage pantry stock in coordination with house staff
- Occasionally prepare non-Moroccan dishes if requested
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
- Female, Moroccan nationality
- Minimum 10 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in private households
- Preferred age of 40 years old or above
- Ability to speak Arabic; basic English is a plus
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of household privacy
- Willingness to live in and work flexible hours
