Moped Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a moped to deliver food and items within the Waikiki area
• Navigate local streets and traffic efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
• Interact professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
• Conduct basic pre-trip inspections of the moped to ensure safe working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Handle cash transactions when required

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Moped license as required by local regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds
• Proficiency with smartphones for using delivery apps and GPS navigation
• Strong knowledge of Waikiki area streets and traffic patterns
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery or courier services
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
