Monteur/Prüfer

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workplace for daily manufacturing orders
• Perform assembly, disassembly, testing, and final inspection of components according to guidelines
• Operate semi-automatic systems and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform simple maintenance and support maintenance work on systems
• Handle simple setup and tool changes, including adjustment of measuring and testing equipment
• Pack components and print corresponding labels and packaging lists
• Support process optimization and troubleshooting
• Record produced quantities in the system

Requirements

• Motivated and independent way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Experience in the manufacturing sector
• Openness to change
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Navision, Bosch-Pagos, and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of the Bosch Production System (BPS)
