Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly line using takt time to ensure smooth production processes
• Assemble gearbox components, including lines, electrical, and hydraulic parts
• Adhere strictly to all quality and safety standards
• Actively participate in group work and support team members to reach production goals

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field (e.g., Automotive Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics, or Metalworker)
• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, hands-on work
• Reliable team player with a proactive work ethic
• Proficiency in the German language
