Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly line in a takt-time environment to ensure smooth production flow
• Responsible for the assembly of lines and various components
• Adhere strictly to established quality standards
• Actively participate in group work and support team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field (e.g., Automotive Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Metalworker)
• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, hands-on work
• Reliable team player with a proactive work ethic
• Proficiency in the German language
