Responsibilities

• Manage installation quality according to contracts and Otis standards, including audits and plan approvals
• Oversee safety management by identifying risks and promoting a strong safety culture through training
• Maintain customer relationships and support the sales team during project delivery
• Lead people management tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Manage subcontractors through selection, coordination, and quality assurance
• Monitor KPIs, installation times, and project resources including logistics and labor costs

Requirements

• Completed technical training with experience in the construction industry
• Proven leadership experience and strong organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented and customer-centric approach
• Excellent German language skills (required)
• Proficiency in English (highly desirable)
