Montageledare

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the assembly of stainless steel pools
• Manage the construction site and act as the primary contact for customers
• Lead and distribute tasks to assemblers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, adherence to schedules, and efficient execution
• Actively participate in assembly work
• Responsible for the handover of completed facilities

Requirements

• Experience as an assembly leader within construction or metal industries
• Extensive knowledge of stainless steel
• Experience working on construction sites
• Proficiency in leveling and measurement (±1 mm)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Willingness to work internationally across Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a welder
• Forklift and crane licenses
