About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor for the installation of generators and auxiliary systems in new power plant construction projects
- Provide instructions and technical guidance to assembly contractors and customers in international teams
- Lead and supervise small assembly teams on-site
- Communicate effectively with internal back office, engineering, and project teams
- Create and modify assembly documentation and technical records
- Document assembly processes and log individual steps in collaboration with contractors and customers
- Maintain a continuous commitment to training in new technologies, methods, and EHS standards
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Technical vocational training or several years of practical professional experience in power plant technology
- Willingness to travel 100% worldwide under changing field conditions
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English (B2 level)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in international, diverse teams
