Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor for the installation of generators and auxiliary systems in new power plant construction projects
• Provide instructions and technical guidance to assembly contractors and customers in international teams
• Lead and supervise small assembly teams on-site
• Communicate effectively with internal back office, engineering, and project teams
• Create and modify assembly documentation and technical records
• Document assembly processes and log individual steps in collaboration with contractors and customers
• Maintain a continuous commitment to training in new technologies, methods, and EHS standards

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Technical vocational training or several years of practical professional experience in power plant technology
• Willingness to travel 100% worldwide under changing field conditions
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English (B2 level)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in international, diverse teams
