Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule material and assembly assignments for installers and subcontractors
• Plan and organize required assembly capacities
• Communicate daily with customers, installers, and internal stakeholders
• Act as a contact person and assistant for site management
• Support project and assembly management at technical interfaces
• Process repair orders, complaints, and warranty cases

Requirements

• Completed technical training with commercial understanding or commercial training with technical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
• High level of customer orientation
• Ideally experience in windows, facades, sun protection, or building elements
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Independent, result-oriented, and team-oriented working style
