Monitorista

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access for patients, visitors, providers, and staff to ensure hospital security.
• Safeguard facilities, equipment, and furniture to prevent damage, loss, or incidents.
• Operate security devices and report any detected anomalies or irregularities.
• Conduct supervision rounds in assigned areas to maintain order and discipline.
• Prepare daily reports regarding incidents and completed activities.
• Provide customer service by orienting and assisting patients and visitors during their entry.
• Monitor the entry and exit of ambulances and vehicles in designated areas.
• Prevent the entry of unauthorized persons, dangerous objects, or prohibited substances.
• Support emergency response efforts following established security and civil protection protocols.
• Maintain constant communication with the Risk Management department.

Requirements

• Degree in Criminology (Lic. Criminología).
• Proven experience working in a control center or similar security field.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strict adherence to established guidelines and protocols.
