Responsibilities

• Detect risk situations through video surveillance systems to prevent incidents within COC facilities and dock crossings.
• Perform video surveillance rounds to prevent theft, unauthorized consumption, and improper handling of merchandise.
• Conduct external video surveillance rounds to prevent potential outside incidents that could impact company assets or operations.
• Manage the Access Control System to maintain strict control over sensitive and restricted areas.
• Review video recordings to identify the authorship of security incidents involving theft, damage, or accidents.
• Execute established security protocols during emergencies, such as fires, first aid requirements, or accident prevention.
• Randomly validate the performance of security guards via video surveillance to ensure compliance with security procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Nivel Medio Superior).
• Experience focused on Risk Prevention and Asset/Patrimony Protection.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
