Monitoring Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Route incoming packages to appropriate departments
• Open packages and sign in returned equipment
• Perform cosmetic and light equipment maintenance
• Prepare accessories including tubing, documentation, and media bags
• Perform inventory counts to ensure proper levels
• Assemble, inspect, test, and calibrate items to fill client orders per LIMS
• Perform Quality Control checks on routine client orders
• Ship client orders using UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficient English language skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic reasoning and mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull upwards of 30 lbs constantly

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma and 1-2 years of general work experience
