Monitoring Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Route incoming packages and sign in returned equipment
• Perform cosmetic and light equipment maintenance
• Assemble, inspect, test, and calibrate items to fill client orders
• Prepare accessories including tubing, documentation, and media bags
• Conduct inventory counts to ensure proper stock levels
• Perform Quality Control checks on routine client orders
• Ship client orders using vendor platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficient English language skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic reasoning and mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull upwards of 30 lbs constantly

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma and 1-2 years of general work experience
