About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual monitoring program for trading desks to detect regulatory non-compliance and manage risk KRIs.
- Review and report periodic observations and monitoring results to maintain local risk KRIs aligned with group standards.
- Schedule and perform daily monitoring and analysis of proprietary and third-party trading operations using APAMA tools to detect market abuse.
- Define testing and review procedures to evaluate trader conduct and ensure alignment with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in databases and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced level).
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of databases and contract review skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with high attention to detail.
