About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual monitoring program for trading desks to detect regulatory non-compliance and manage risk KRIs.
  • Review and report periodic observations and monitoring results to maintain local risk KRIs aligned with group standards.
  • Schedule and perform daily monitoring and analysis of proprietary and third-party trading operations using APAMA tools to detect market abuse.
  • Define testing and review procedures to evaluate trader conduct and ensure alignment with applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in databases and monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced level).
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and contract review skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with high attention to detail.
