About the role
Responsibilities
- Act on behalf of Greek and International Banks providing funding for commercial developments, PPPs, or Concessions
- Independently assess infrastructure projects from cost and feasibility perspectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to confirm project milestones
- Authorize budgets as builds progress from inception to completion
- Monitor site progress to evaluate project status
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil & Structural Engineering
- Proven experience working on large-scale developments
- Experience with Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Greece preferred
- Strong understanding of contract structures and project evaluation based on site progress
- Ability and willingness to learn and meet new challenges
